We start with a market valuation, move to listing and buyer sourcing, and support you through negotiation up to the notarial transaction.
It’s an agreement exchanging land for apartments or money, instead of a cash payment. We provide full advisory and coordination for such agreements.
The program is governed by Law 4251/2014 with amendments such as Law 5007/2022. Investment thresholds vary by location and Crete offers more flexibility compared to saturated markets like Mykonos or Santorini. We guide you through the entire process.
