Tsatsakis Group is looking for an Architect to join our team and actively participate in the design and delivery of high-specification projects.

The role is aimed at a professional with creative thinking, strong technical skills, organizational ability and a desire for continuous development within a modern and dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architectural design and development of studies
• Production,organization, and presentation of technical drawings
• Creation of 3D models and visualizations
• Collaboration with engineers, construction teams and external partners
• Participation in the development of projects from design through implementation
• Participation in site inspections and project visits
• Support for permitting procedures and technical documentation
• Monitoring of project schedules and deliverables

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Architecture
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Revit and SketchUp
• Knowledge of V-Ray, Corona, or equivalent 3D visualization tools
• Very good command of English and Greek
  Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with professionals from different disciplines
• Valid driver’s license

NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project and task management tools
• Experience with complex projects, private construction and investment properties
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for architectural design, ideation, image editing and optimization of everyday workflows
• Familiarity with modern digital design workflows
• Experience with projects in Crete
