Tsatsakis Group is looking for a Financial Analyst with strong analytical thinking who will transform financial data into useful and actionable information for management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial analysis and preparation of reports
• Monitoring financial data and key performance indicators
• Budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
• Preparation of management reports and presentations
• Data analysis and extraction of business insights
• Collaboration with the finance department and other business units

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
  Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Experience with financial models and reporting
• Very good command of English and Greek
  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and consistency

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with ERP / BI tools
• Experience in a real estate or construction environment
• Familiarity with Monday.com for tracking tasks, financial processes and internal projects
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools for data analysis, reporting and financial processes
