Tsatsakis Group is looking for a Personal Advisor with experience in client and property management, who will be responsible for managing the client throughout the entire journey across MyPeriousia Service Packages 1, 2 and 3.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the client relationship throughout the entire collaboration
• Coordinating property due diligence
• Monitoring and organizing the complete property file
• Collaborating with engineers, legal professionals and other partners
• Supporting the development of a property utilization strategy
• Providing continuous updates and guidance to the client
• Reporting to management and monitoring key performance indicators

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of experience in real estate, property management, consulting services, or a similar role
• Very good command of Greek and English
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage demanding clients
• Strong focus on service quality and results

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with premium and investment properties
• Knowledge of the real estate market
• Experience in client relationship management
• Familiarity with AI tools for organizing and processing technical documents, information research and process optimization
• Familiarity with Monday.com for tracking clients, cases, tasks and partners
• Valid driver’s license
