Tsatsakis Group is looking for a Construction Manager with strong experience in the management and coordination of construction projects, with overall responsibility for their smooth and efficient delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall management and coordination of construction projects
• Organization of construction sites, crews and subcontractors
• Monitoring schedules, costs and quality
• Coordination of engineers, suppliers and partners
• Management of technical and organizational issues
• Reporting to management and monitoring key project performance indicators

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in construction and/or project management
• Proven project management experience
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Very good command of English and Greek
• Leadership, coordination and decision-making skills
• Valid driver’s license

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with large-scale private projects
• Experience in cost control and project reporting
• Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools
• Experience with or familiarity with AI and automation tools for project management, reporting, data analysis and process optimization
